rear brake bias

Post by pentypo »

Hi folks

Anybody know how to adjust the brake bias to the back wheels as mine seems very front heavy I know it should be 60-40 anyway, but it feels more like 90-10

cheers

unless you get an aftermarket adjustable brake proportioning valve, I
really doubt the stock one is adjustable. You do 70-80% of braking with
your fronts anyway.

The amoumt of brakes front to rear is not usually adjustable unless
you have added an aftermarket valve to the system. there could be
something wrong with the brakes or the valve but I think that valve
failure or problem would be a rare one.
