Are you looking to power polish, or just wax?

If you power polish, I would wet sand rough looking areas first w/2000grit. Polish with wool pad, at the slowest rpm, usually 1500rpm. I use #2 meguires cut polish. Then next I use #6 cleaner wax with a foam pad at high rpm.

After its all done I would recommend/use meguires yellow carnuba wax. It has over 80% carnuba in it, which is what you want. Rub the wax on a cool surface, in the shade, perferably after washing it. Let the wax haze, and polish off by hand, with a 100%cotton cloth/diaper.
Hope this helps, let me know if you need more info.
