stupid problem, a/c related, not sure how to troubleshoot

between a transmission filter and flush on friday,

and replacing the condensor and recharging the a/c on saturday

the car wasn't really driven until Sunday.

i have had the following happen 3 times in 2 days

when the a/c is running, distance seemingly irrelevant, the engine just cuts out. CEL comes on, engine completely shuts off. however electrical seems to be working. Stop the car, put it in park, turn off the a/c and turn the engine over without any problems.

if not using a/c the car is 110% superduper, and does not stall.

i did the lightweight stock sized pulley a few weeks back, and replaced my a/c serpentine belt at that time as a preventative maintenance. have had no problems since doing this.

before this weekend when i repaired the condensor and recharged the kit, i attempted to run the a/c and while it blew hot air, it never had this above problem.

sooo...

i have working a/c when parked, but can't trust it when in motion. With the heat wave expected up here in the next week, i'd really like to try and fix this ASAP.

also replaced the alternator and battery last week.

anyone have any idea's or suggestions?

Have you checked the ECU for codes?
