Just for clarification... phase 1, phase 2, doesn't matter? Complete with valve train, rockers/HLA's?

Yeah that would be good to mention I suppose.

Phase 1, complete with valvetrain.

I'll be sending the cams to delta and then installing the heads on a phase 2 block before I swap it into my car.
