17-abnormal signal from injector #4

23-abnormal voltage input from air flow sensor

35-purge canister solenoid valve inoperable

The car runs rough intermittently, I have cleared the codes, driven it for ten minutes and all 3 came back.

I'm guessing one of these problems is causing one or both of the others. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to start?

Generally, I start by clearing the codes and seeing if they come back up, to clear out the chance that anything was just a fluke or a glitch

I forgot to mention that it just starting running very rough Today, but not all the time.

did your timing belt get changed recently?
if so, it may have stretched recently and skipped.

No, The car only has 114,000 miles on it but changing the belt is coming up soon. If it was a timing problem it would'nt be intermittent.

Somebody must know the best place to start, testing,replacing etc

where are you in iowa, i am here too, i think its probably the canister purge solenoid, and i have a few extra ones
