what would you pay for a 91 turbo legacy?

fairly simple, what would you pay for a black 91 turbo legacy, auto, a/t/c, pw, pl, pwr s/roof, with 169,000kms minimal rust

they want $4900, im offering $4000, to high to low?

I wouldn't really consider that low miles/km. I'd check over the car and make sure everything is good, and that the trans shifts good. That will probably be one of the first major things you'd have to address.

Also see if there are maintenance records.

i have a 90 legacy that i could use as a part car if needed, i think it has "low" km's compared to my 90 legacy that has 260,000km's

i offered them $4000CND and they wouldn't take it, they wanted at least $4500CND hopefully they will drop the price in a week
