I just installet an Autometer boost gauge....when in idle and up to 2K rpm at low throttle the gauge reads -15 ro -10 boost....is that normal?

Vacuum should be around 19 in. HG at idle.

It is not actually in boost, but reading vacuum.
Until the turbo is in full spool, it will always read below 0.
Non-turbo cars never read above zero, but do read zero at full throttle.
Mine is around -20 at idle.
