cigarette lighter and automatic side mirror problem

The cigarette lighter and the automatic mirrors do not work on my 92 legacy L wagon. Is this just a fuse? Anyone know what fuse it is?

hey i have the side mirror problem too and the engine temp. gauge won't move as well. is this fuse problem as well?

I have a 94 SS auto. which fuse did you use and where are they located? THANKS!!!
