Wast spark to coil on plug how and why need info

Hi

ok after searching for a bit and not coming up with a hole lot. Ive desided to ask. I have a 1991 turbo legacy and im going to be installing phase 1 doch heads and i was thinking about going to coil on plug setup. ok now what coil on plugs do i want use ive tryed using some form a H6 engine and they seem like the coil on plugs are 2 small.

Ok and second how do i wire this to get it to work?
