A day spent on the Legacy (carwash & new exhaust)

Post by TheSubaruJunkie »

I got a cat-back exhaust from a buddy of mine. Aparently it came from a WRX or a STi or something... its just a straight pipe with a tip on it. But it sounds better than the stock muffler.

So I installed it, then decided to spend the day washing the crud off my Legacy. Looks so much better, however removing the dirt and grime revealed all the flaws in my paint :( and all the scratches and dents Ive forgotten about.

Regardless, here's some pictures :)

Im thinking of taking the camcorder out and getting a clip of the wagon passing by so you can hear the exhaust.

Thanks. I took the digital camcorder out and got a couple shots of it leaving the driveway and passing by the house.

Edited it all together for your viewing pleasure:

Yea, your wagon looks to have had a lot more TLC that mine did; nice.

*Sigh* Nick, I want my TW to sound like his! Damn MS...

I havent spent any money (other than the $370 for my hysteer) on the toyota. And yeah ive been shoppin for goodies but IM broke. So im doing the cheap/free upgrades 1st.

I got a Diamond Coil i pocketed from the JY sitting in the garage, and a new battery i snaked from work. I think tomorrow I will install those and button up some wiring on my stereo.

Planning on dropping like $300 on tires.
