beside buying new ones?
I have ground cables waiting to install and may add some lubricant to the rails.
Anything else that may help?
TIA

I've found that if you clean the switch contacts it helps.
I used a ball-point pen eraser to rub the copper contacts clean.

The gearing of the motors tend to restrict the speed of movement. On the other hand, more voltage means the motor runs more efficently. Notice that they work faster with the battery at 14v while the car is running vs. the 12-11v that is available when the car is off. So, supply 16-17v and they'll work quicker. Just don't expect the motors not to burn out sooner.

I've heard they also have replaceable bushings in the motor itself, usually those wear out over time.

I greased the sliders for the window with lithium grease, and that helped markedly.

I would be good if someone that has one around could bisect it
to see if there are replaceable or rebuild able parts.

How much faster do we need them to go?? Although it is nicer when they go up and down nice and smooth, going to clean and lube my sliders this weekend I guess

I checked their operation today and they seem fast enough but the fronts make some pause with a clunk kind of noise. I think that maybe I need to tighten some bolts, check the rails and lube them.
BTW, installed the ground cables and the main benefit is that the idle is smoother.
