I've had hall ass. It's not as nice as bedroom or kitchen ass, but good just the same.
Does that mean you have to rotate the intake to fit that turbo?

No, no, no. Rotated
mount. That means the mount on the turbo is rotated so that it fits the same as a stock turbo on our funny engines.

Wow, that's about the size of the T3/T4 I have sitting around waiting to be installed on my car in the spring.
You could suck a small baby up with that!!

Someone makes a rotated t3/t4 kit (I remember reading some thing about this on NASIOC).
They said respone was better with the GT turbo, but power production was very similar & cost was alot lower with the t3/t4.
I'd just mod an up-pipe to make that sucker fit.
The Perrin kit does look nice.

Yeah, I may end up getting their rotated piping if I don't have a local shop fab something up when I add my T3/T4 in the spring.

the only thing bad enough to warrant a 900 dollar ticket in Idaho is doing 4wd drifts in school zones. Hell, for 900 they better catch me doing donuts on the playground at lunchtime, fuck.
Sorry satin, that blows harder than a rotated mount GT30r at 23 psi.

You have no idea. The system of control, ahem, *government*, in this state is out of control.
People should not be afraid of their government. Goverments should be afraid of their people.

LOL, that was a good laugh. i was doing 60 plus in a 25 with no insurance by a cop that remembered me, he pulled me over before a few months back for speeding and with no insurance...( i hate it when cops remember you) so now im driving my brothers crx till i get car insurance and pay off my tickets. FEAR NOT!!! this is only a dent in the pocket book. i will be back to finish this!!

I'd stay away from the Perrrin rotated kit myself. The fitment isn't that great. A couple friends of mine have it and the downpipe fit horribly on both. It hit the tranny crossmember and had to be modified.
Also, the angle of the turbo is a consideration. Too far back can cause problems, and the Perrin kits have had some problems with the rear seal of the turbo failing. Turbos like to be as level as possible. That picture doesn't show how badly cocked back it really is. You'd have to see it in person.
That and Jeff Perrin shits platinum and gold nuggets.

Just helped to button one of these up on an STI. Fit insn't great. Welding was need to make things "fit".
You'd have to rework the turbo intake bigtime.
Your gains would be minimal without standalone or a Flashed ECU.
But I still want one nonetheless.

im still debating on this kit and now the gp moto gt32r twin scroll.
but i got car insurance for my car and now im driving the beast again! YA!
when i started driving it again. i was like fuck , this things quick! i missed her but now ive got her back again. so i went to court and they reduced the ticket down to $525 from $900. i think im just gonna pay it off.

Some jerk blew by me and my buddy at like 90mph on 97 coming back down to Klamath Falls, and a cop stopped him maybe 30 seconds later. I laughed and then realized that might be me in my car soon. jk
Sorry about the off topic.

Andrew, I have heard the same bad things about Perrin's rotated mount kit. The turbo's often don't last more than 15,000 miles when the oil seal fails. When I do my turbo upgrade, I will most likely do the GPMoto 32r twinscroll. The throttle response is amazing, and the quality is there. If I decide against going twinscroll, I would more than likely do a 30r kit, just not one made by Perrin.
