My car is stumbling hard when I hit the gas, then it takes off. For this and many other reasons I think my mass air meter is shot. How much are new ones?

from the dealer, they're so expensive we don't suggest terrifying yourself by calling and asking. They're that much.

Check around the JYs in your area -- there should be one just like yours in there somewhere!

Blackbart.
Midnight in a Perfect World on Amazon or order anywhere. The first book in a quartet chronicling the rise of a man from angry criminal to philanthropist. Midnight... is a distopic noirish novel featuring 'Duchess', a modified 1990 Subaru Legacy wagon.

I got bigger problems now...it won't even turn over. I gotta start troubleshooting tomorrow. Could be starter, alternator, or bad connection I don't know

clean your terminals?

if not do that and all the ground wires in the engine bay, even the ones by the top hats (i think)
that will give you a better connection, might also be wires running from you battery.

does it click?? like your solenoid in your starter? does that go off?
take your whole car into napa or whatever and have them do the electrical run-down
they'll let you know whats up

It was the alternator...and battery. Curious how much Napa charges for an electrical rundown? I may become a blackbart customer if not this year atleast next

blackbart has sold me a hell of a lot of parts, more than I can even think to list here (and hopefully soon I will be getting more)

the guy is a savior when it comes to parts I cant find at local yards.
