im not a ricer looking for a body kit, im just curious though, why don't they make body kits for legacys?

Agreed. That wagon is rice. I don't know that the kit would even look good on an Impreza. Of course, that is my opinion. I like to keep it simple.
But you can make anything fit, even body kits made for specific cars require some modification to fit correctly.
