total front wheel bearing failure

apparently my right front wheelbearing has failed so badly that the rotor is sitting crooked and rubbing against the caliper bracket. :shock:

wowa!!!!!! Time for a new hub and bearing and brake bracket and possibly a disk!

That happened to me on the drivers side. I picked up a replacement hub from 7th Ave in Fargo. :wink:

they dont have any subarus on the lot right now.

the discs are totally trashed. should have been replaced a LONG time ago.

on the plus side diagnosing this problem has helped me become very quick at changing brake pads.

when the wheel is on the car and it is down on the ground you can see that the wheel has a ridiculous amount of positive camber.
