damaged SS in seattle area

http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/car/485140021.html

I have most of the parts to fix it, and would do so. Is $1700 for a damaged auto SS right?. thoughts?

Offer $1100, you will give them cash, and move it right away. Don't pay more than $1400.

Definately looks fixable...

But yes...I'd offer closer to the $1000 mark...

Hate to say this, but you would need:
New rear windows, new door, new floorpans, new quarterpanel, new rear suspension parts.

It is not an easy fix.

I saw it and laughed at the price.

I would offer no more than $900.
It's a best a part's car.
Yes I have too many Subarus
No you can't have one

Dam, if I knew about you guys/this site sooner I would have put the Clean body of the pearl-white '91 SS I bought for $300 for sale over here.

The car had a clean title 1000 vac. leaks & a bad tranny, but it drove to my yard were I took the LSD & motor/sensors out & sent the rest of the car to the scrapyard.

Hell I figured I was ahead of the game with a ej22t, a 3.9 LSD, & all the sensors on the car for just $300.
If I had sold the clean titled shell for anything I would have been super ahead of the game.

These cars generally do not sell for much $ here in NYC, unless is is purchased by a Subaru guy.
