Suspension interchangeability??

Post by WagonMadness »

Hello everyone, i just bought a 93 legacy wagon and i noticed that the right rear lateral link is bent. I tried searching on here and nasioc but could find anything about if the links are interchangable between impreza's and Legacy's. If anyone knows could you let me know? turns out it is easier to find impreza parts then legacys.

93-01 Impreza, 95-99 Legacy, and 02+ impreza wagons all have the same lateral links.

I also happen to have a set of front lateral links that are $15 shipped.

Sorry dumb question are the front and rear lateral links the same? it is the one most rearward that is bent on the RR. If it will fit pm me about shipping on how you would like payment. thanks

If you don't already have one, and would like a rear sway bar, then it'd be a good time for you to find a pair of those lateral links w/ swaybar endlink tabs.

Ya, all that, and the lateral links, of course. There's a writeup on it here. I think it might be stickied at the top.
Look for a 95-99 outback. I found that they're the most prevalent in junkyards and they all have a rsb.

Oh, and welcome :D .

yeah, front and rear are different. The inside rear bushing is wider to accept a cammed bolt for toe adjustment and on cars with rear swaybars there are mounting tabs for the endlink.
