Window regulator? & Front axel?

Hi, I would like to know what ussally happens to window on the drivers side, that would cause the window to tilt too far forward as its going up? It will go with some assistance? I'm guessing I have some window rollers and / or window guides worn out? I may get this road worthy before the next snowfall? Gotta RF axel to replace, also? Would just undoing the lower ball joint's pinch bolt work? Thanks again, Artie

if you are in a rustbelt, i don't recommend messing with the pinch bolt. on mine it broke even after soaking with penerating oils. (my axle was also seized into the hub. I had to get a junkyard spindle assembly, and the axle from junkyard.

I still have the old assembly (seized axle in the spindle) it wouldnt even press out......
