What would cause a car to keep frying coil packs?

What would cause a car to keep frying coil packs?

Well, anyone know? Could the alternator be overcharging?

You are overworking them, ie, they are drawing too much current. I would start with grounding issues, assuming you have already replaced your plugs and wires
