93 Legacy Turbo Wagon into 92 2WD Sedan Wiring?

Do I only need to replace the engine harness ONLY or is there some splicing? I was hoping I would be able to unplug the harness at the bulkhead.

As for the engine, all you have to do is swap the engine harness. You'll need to move the coolant temp sensor pins since the turbo engine has them located on the other side of the coolant crossover.

Additionally, you need to swap the positive pins for the crank & cam sensors at the ECU.

Lastly, you'll need to wire up & pin the turbo specific sensors into the ECU harness.

There are a couple threads that cover this.
