So the last thing I gotta do is bolt my flex plate back up to the torque converter. But, the TC bolt holes arent lined up with the access window.

Any way to rotate the TC so it will line up?

You should be able to spin it just by sticking a screw driver in the access hole on top. if you have the starter out you can grab the teeth on it and move it easier. it should be really free though and easy to move. I left mine lined up with one of the bolt tabs located at the access holes and then after getting the first bolt in i put a wrench on the master pully and rotated the crank to the next bolt.

i always end up lining it up from the big hole in the bottom and putting the screws in from the top. also helps a lot to have someone to rotate the crank for you while you line it up and after you put each screw in.

might want to keep a magnetic pickup tool on the bolt as you screw it in from the top. they can fall in there and be a pain to get out.

an offset 12mm wrench with a magnet stuck to the other end might be a good idea too

I was able to bump the starter to get the threaded insert to line up with the access hole. Then I carefully threaded each bolt in by hand, and was able to use my wratchet to snug them up good'ntight.

Was kinda a pain, but not as bad as trying to re-install the intake manifold with the engine in the car :)
