Questions on a 92 I just picked up!

Hey guys, long time no post! Haven't really had much of a need to be on here the last few years since I picked up my '98. But yesterday I picked up a '92 L for my sister, and need to fix it up a bit.
'92 Legacy L 2.2, 5 spd, 233K miles. Drives ok, feels pretty solid.
Problems with it:
1. Hard to start this morning in the cold. Seemed to want to start more when I pushed on the gas, though I'm not sure. When it started, it idled very low and I couldn't rev it, until the idle came up to normal.
2. Occasionally feels like it might be missing.
3. Occasionally bogs if I don't keep RPMs over 2k off the line in 1st.
4. Clutch engagement is WAY up on the pedal. I believe I can adjust this, correct?
Now, I'm used to my '98 with hydraulic clutch, so this car freaked me out until I realized it has a hill holder clutch on it. I thought maybe the brakes were frozen or something.
I did replace plugs/wires/air filter/pcv valve last night. Plan to do the fuel filter tonight. Need to replace the valve cover gaskets, timing belt and tensioner, front crank oil seal. I think that will take car of the oil leak. Also going to replace trans/diff fluids.
Any thoughts/ideas/things I should look at? I was told the clutch is less than 20k old, and it does hold strong.
