I had almost this exact turbo on my '92 SS. Mine was the 90 degree but not clocked. Monster ported, coated on both sides. It was a bad ass snail for sure......

Okay but someone please tell me what the clocked will mean. Is that so it fits perfect with stock Legacy plumbing? Who would want that?
A WRX intercooler Y pipe doesn't have the same plumbing angles and with this turbo an IC of some kind is not optional.
All I am asking is with an '06 TMIC and Ypipe (mine happens to me Perrin) will it need cutomization b/c of the clocking or will it fit nice b/c of the clocking?

Normally, clocked means the compressor side was rotated to better match up with intercooler plumbing. In this case I think it was thrown around to mean the inlet is the 90 degree version.
It's kind of like the difference between rotated mount, and roated turbos. A clocked turbo can also mean rotated.

peace.
The clocked version has the compressor outlet at a 45 degree angle instead of the 90. This is good for people with a Saab 900 TMIC because you don't have to fab new piping. The other benefit is that you wont have to reroute your PCV plumbing.
If you plan on using a WRX TMIC then the regular version is better, if you are using the Saab 900 or a FMIC, then the clocked would be better.
Deadbolt offers a straight inlet (wrx sti etc) and two 90 degree inlet, a regular and clocked (outlet) which is how the TD05H-16G originally came. The straight inlet they offer is modified.....

"This is again, the same TD05H-16G in a different form. This version features a rotated compressor inlet, relocated vacuum nipple, and relocated wastegate actuator. This turbo is specially designed for easier fitment to 1990-1994 USDM Legacy turbo models. Although it is MUCH easier to fit than the standard 90 degree inlet, it will still require a bit of work to fit properly. Due to the difference in Legacy coolant supply lines, this model does NOT include coolant supply lines. "
I'll do $800 Shipped. That's a $750 turbo with outlet porting and hot side coat.
