Well after yet another lengthy hiatus, I return with more great news.
After 281,300 miles my 93 Legacy Wagon still won't die. We're talking about a car that I can't kill. Wednesday I'll replace the original shocks, some ancient brakes, and the front left CV boot. I can open the glove box and count on one hand the number of expensive repairs. New power steering pump and bodywork pretty much top the list.
I recently had the car up in upstate New York where it kicked ass in the freezing capital region winter. Now I'm giving the poor thing a rest in sunny, relatively dry, and warm climate. I'm also taking it easy on her. Unlike that late night we were wrenching on Matt's old SS in Jason's garage. I drove home at redline that night shitting myself that I'd get busted by my parents for "being out too late" or some now long gone high school paranoia. Now, I'm 1500 miles away from all my East Coast pride in good ol, land locked Oklahoma.
Whats up guys? How've "ya'll" been?
