NA vs Turbo tranny

i was wondering will the NA transmission fit the SS i have turbo tourqe converter etc.
reason my "center diff" is slipping
ej22t hybrid, 3.5" downpipe, Gl turbo intake/desnorkel 9psi DEAD

The TC and flex plate need to match.
