EDFC is a waste. Once they are set, you only need to change the dampening rates if you change your springs.

I don't think you can change the dampening rates, actually. Well, I guess maybe if you used a hose or a squirt gun or something.

Anyway, while I don't hold tein in the highest regard, it's great for you to be experimenting with different things. It's a great way to learn and gain experience.

So you're going to modify the HA's to take EDFC? Because they don't normally, but there are writeups for doing it.

My supra had Tokico's with a three way electronic adjustment. I usually alternated between softest for driving long distances on the highway or trips to the grocery store and hardest for everything else.

I was making a joke in reference to dampening vs. damping.

dampening is to make something damp, as in wet.

Tein: TEchnical INnovation

Yazmo: If those are for a BG5 they will work. You will need GC8 rear strut tops and they will bolt right up.

I have BG5 Tein Wagon coilovers on my Subie.

NO! I already said that. We use the BC/BF/BJ chassis (depending upon what you have).

The simplest thing you can do is buy coilovers for the GC chassis (the 93-01 Impreza chasis). The BC/BF/BJ chassis is very, very similar to the GC/GF chassis.
