Looking for a set of small carbon racing mirrors to replace the stock ones. Are there any off shelf that would fit a 91 Legacy?

If this is for performance, get the smallest mirrors you can get. They might look funny and be manually adjustable, but they'll reduce your drag. Something along these lines:
