Alright so i have been, and will be posting on these boards and figured i might as well give you guys some kind of introduction. My names josh (clearly) and im a kid with a subaru from vancouver area BC, Canada. I always wanted a legacy turbo, but all the ones i found where automatic. I at one put considered importing one from japan, but im on a strict budget. So I bought a cherokee, wheeled it for a while, sold it, and found what i wanted ! Its a 1991 Legacy Turbo, 5 speed, AWD, with a 3.90 LSD in the back. Super desirable legacy (i guess), didnt really realize it until now. This was the first turbo legacy i have ever seen in the vancouver area, i was really surprised to find it. Its got high km (406k

) but km's dont bother me really. Its got no rust, turbo spools awesome, and its got an inch thick stack of receipts with it that prove that it HAS been maintained, it has to have been. And if it blows up ill put a wrx motor or something stupid into it.
Anyways this is the beast :
I installed a custom 3 gauge pod i got a at a detail shop for $40 (no clue what its off of) and then bought boost, oil pressure and water tempurature gauges. I figure i should monitor the vitals before i mess with it too much. Ive got a TMIC for it, MBC, BOV, and STI springs. Currently im working on a project, mounting my cone filter in the fender. Hole is made, i just have to clean it up, ive got a bunch of pictures of it, so ill post up a thread when its done. Talk about cold air intake

Anyways, i bought the car for $1950 CAD, and ive got big plans for a small budget, so lets see what happens with this thing ! Seems like a cool place, prepare for lots of questions
