Our 91 sedan has developed an infuriating habbit of only powering the windows 10% of the time, often leaving them stuck open overnight, or stuck closed when its 90 degrees. My guess would be a dieing relay, but is there one just for the windows?
Dunno if it helps, but this car also had a dieing altenator for most of this year that I just got around to replacing yesterday. Running 1 volt low wouldn't damage internal accesories, would it?
