here is where I was the lone old school turbo legacy. Some pretty neat rides. Definitely not my crowd, but it was fun to get out. we should really organize something for us.

Good judgment comes from experience, and often experience comes from bad judgment.

Viscous? Seems like they probably meant to spell vicious. Suppose you don't have to be smart to have enough money to buy a viper.
I'd totally be down for a NE meet with a decent turnout, especially one with older legacies.
I went to a subaru mini-meet out in Leominster, MA and it was neat to hang out with car guys, or so I thought. These guys weren't car guys, they were just posers with tinted taillights and rims on their imprezas.
94 Ti Pearl White - 191k - Tein - Rota - Dunlop - ITG
94 Mi Blue Metallic - 210k - Whiteline - Pirelli - RallyArmor - Hella - AEM
There are lots of those. The only car shows I occasionally attend anymore are the lawn events at the Museum of Transportation (www.mot.org), especially the oddball stuff as those guys tend to be the real car guys. Too bad Ipswich doesn't have the Concours anymore as that was pretty nice. I liked them better than Pebble Beach - the cars were nearly the same caliber but the atmosphere (people) and even the grounds were nicer. Much cheaper too. But I'm probably biased because I actually hated Pebble Beach. I thought Monterey itself was far more interesting and the Concorso Italiano and the vintage races were much nicer events (they had humans there, not just douche posers like at PB). The Rennsport Reunion was awesome, too, and I'm not really a huge Porsche fan.
That green Viper is almost the same color of my 260Z.
Too bad we missed the Japanese Car Day at the Museum - we could've met up there. You could probably enter your car as well, but I've never been able to attend so I don't know for sure.
Midnight in a Perfect World on Amazon or order anywhere. The first book in a quartet chronicling the rise of a man from angry criminal to philanthropist. Midnight... is a distopic noirish novel featuring 'Duchess', a modified 1990 Subaru Legacy wagon.

Form follows function, FTW!
What kind of performance mods were done on the Lotuses (Loti?), if any?

the red was stock, the green one had wheels, and the black one had carbon fiber everywhere, and titanium lipped wheels. the seats were bare CF if I remember correctly. i'm pretty sure it had a supercharger, and tons of chrome, and painted bits in the engine bay. overkill for sure. i didn't like it so much. some people just don't know when to close the wallet.
