what would sound good????

Post by Mattheww044 »

hey guys i a have a 92 5mt ss. It currently has an 05 turbo back exhaust on it, and it sounds sweet, but i want it to be a little louder. So i was just thinkin get a flowmaster muffler, and i was gonna see if he could cut the tip off the sti exhaust and put it on the new muffler so i could still have the sti symbol. you guys think that flowmaster would sound good? any suggestions?
thanks

Flowmaster always seems to have a raspy sound to it. I would personally stay away from it.

It is all a matter of personal taste.

For commonly available, Magnaflow sounds pretty damn good on our motors. I was gonna get a Magnaflow system until I would a crazy deal on my Stromung Turboback.

damn that thing will haul balls for sure!!! o ya the muffler guy has v-force, he said for 100$ he will throw on the muffler for me. He said he put it on an sti and it sounded awesome so im guessing it would sound good on here too. Any idea of what my car would sound like cat-less, (im guessing i have an sti cat too because its sti turbo back)
