Oh sweet! Thats a Polish "Maly Fiat" small fiat in english, which although has the italian Fiat name, was designed and produced in Poland. however they don't typically have 4 wheel steering :?: :D I've been to poland many times now and I always see millions of those little bugs running around :D Great car! Seats 5 tops out at about 70 mph and has a little 40 hp air-cooled engine in the back.

Dude, this video is fantastic. Ive never seen a setup like that before. Very interesting. Almost MTV Jack@$$ material. Funny funny stuff. Kudos to the production team.
