I've asked before, but now I have the money. thanks to all of those who responded before.
To my understanding, most parts from newer wrx's will fit my car. This is what I would prefer, unless you can suggest something better for around the same price. I'm looking to spend around 300, but i can go higher. I have seen this package off a 2003 wrx for 300.

you can post this in the parts shed, for 300, you can get a td04, 06 i/c and silicone hoses plus gaskets. maybe even less.

If you are turboing a ej22e I'd suggest a VF11 as a starter turbo as they are cheap & have a SAFE 5psi Actuator stock.
Once you get everything perfect @ 5 psi you can always raise boost some...
You may want to check out WRX headers & downpipes from e-bay as they are CHEAP then you just have to source the turbo (complete), TMIC, + fueling on boost.
