Any reasonable place to buy this boot?

Snorkus, filters, throttle bodies and intake manifolds.

Any reasonable place to buy this boot?

Part number 46023aa110
It's the piece that goes from the intake manifold to the resonator box, and has two hoses coming off of it. Subaru wants $100, and so does subarugenuineparts.com but that's ridiculous! Basically the same piece on my e30 was $10.

Mine's old and a piece cracked off so I need one, but I don't want to pay that...

Hmmm, maybe the e30 piece will fit, would there be any harm in changing the length of one of the hoses on it?

here's the e30 piece, I think I could make it work

$73 @ www.subaruparts.com. Otherwise, hit up a junkyard. http://www.aaronsauto.com/ is close to your area and is only Subaru wrecks.

I'm told of a huge wrecking yard in or near Spokane that should have it. Spalding, I think? Dscoobydoo knows more about the yard.

Is it the stock intake tube between the maf and throttle body?

If it's for a non-turbo car, PM me. If not, I can't help you. I have 2 from non-turbo cars in mint condition.

It's for a turbo. And I sucked it up and bought it. And proceeded to break ANOTHER piece when installing it, and the hoses attached to it will break if I try to remove them too, UGH!

Oh well, I ordered those parts too, probably 90% of my ancient vacuum lines will have been replaced when that gets here. The damn things aren't even flexible anymore, at all.
