what can i expect for 1991 to 1993 turbo legacy

i was wondering what most people are getting hp wise for a legacy turbo
with like say the normal mods , exhaust ,down pipe,turbo injectors air intake and intercooler

and is the dohc swap wearth it ....

180-200 whp for standard mods. 250-300 for the big stuff.
