Nice looks good. Your car should be way quicker once you get it back after getting all the work done. Remember to torque the pulleys down good especially the main crank one to like 120-140ft-lbs.

Make sure the shop torques it to 120-140lbs. The factory manual and I believe even the Haynes says to only take to around 80lbs.

*Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but don't most of these issues result from the FSM having a typo?

BTW, the pulley set looks nice. You'll have to let us know how you like it.

the manual per subaru states about 136 ft. lbs., but the instructions that came with my lightweight pulley said about 95 ft. lbs, so do what's comfortable for you.( ie: 140 ;))

weighted the pulleys today.
Crank- 25 oz
Power-8 oz
Alt.-3 oz

Total like 3 LBS

when i got the pulley set i thought the crank was heavy, then i compared it to the stock one and couldnt believe how heavy it was. i didnt think it would be that heavy. i cant wait for these to go on.

If you don't mind me asking, how much did those cost you?

I have a Perrin lightened crank pulley, but I'm debating whether or not it would be worth it to get the alternator and power steering pulleys as well.

Let us know how you like them!

hey no problem. for all 3 with shipping it was 250. sounds like a lot but you get all 3 and most companys only sell the crank and those are around 100. ill post up when i get the car back and them put on so you can make a decision then. ill try and get the stock stuff weighed as well
