N/A rad cap and turbo rad cap

Is there a difference? Are they both 88kpa. Just curious if this is correct. When I asked the dealer he said they are all the same so I assumed, but just curious if there is a different rad cap used on the turbo cars. Thanks.

They're the same and are fully interchangable.
