Hey everyone, Just bought my first turbo legacy. I HAD to because of how good a shape it was in and the LOW price... Only downside is its an AUTO!!! :x :( So what I will be doing is swapping all the goodies into my 5spd 92 Legacy Wagon. I wanted to know if the wire harness and ECU is different from auto to 5spd variants? If the auto harness is different is it still possible to use it with the 5spd? I will post up some pics of it soon. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the board.

There is a big huge sticky in the drivetrain section on how many, many of us have converted our automatic SS's to 5 speed. Lucky for us, it's well documented and pretty easy.
