What confuzzles me

Post by SemperGuard »

So the PNW is supposed to be one of THE places to be for Subarus right? Why is it that I can never find any used parts anywhere local? I go to two junk yards and see like 5-10 cars, mostly Loyales, every wrecking yard you call has nothing in stock, and all the forums are like barren. I swear I had easier access to parts in cowtown sacratomatoe. I easily see 50 subarus a day driving around here, but never any parts. It's like some sort of sick joke. Am I just off my rocker?

Well besides the junkyards and forums, I only know http://www.aaronsauto.com/ is a subaru only junkyard (some claim it's overpriced -- meh).

What forums you hit up?

Aarons does seem to have decent prices to me, but they don't always have what I'm looking for, which seems very strange to me. I go to rs25, nasioc, and here mostly. I-club is dead in the PNW, and I don't usually need anything from the other forums. I dunno, maybe I'm overreacting.

You are overreacting.

Subarus that existed before The Apocalypse of 2002 are still rare as rattlesnake feathers around here.
