WTB: 16 in wheels

Discovered one of my wheels has a nice little tweak in it after this summers wonderful road construction, so before I get new tires I'd like to find a set of new wheels, with or without tires (some nice snow tires would be sweet) Let me know what you have, cheaper the better.
