very nice. I learned my lesson about buying cars that someone else dug into already though. And whats up with everyone not knowing how to spell worth a damn: rite now? seets? easaly? lol maybe just in a hurry but I tend to see that kind of stuff on wayyyy more craigslist ads than one would hope

On my last few postings for craigslist, I included tags with intentional mis-spellings at the bottom just for those types. Toyta, Surabu, engne, etc.
Know what you mean about taking over someone's project - my experience showed me that it usually costs more in the end than buying a stocker.

I hate to see an SS in the hands of a fool. I'd pay $1500 for it, if the tranny does feel solid. Put a good suspension and somebodywork, maybe vacuum the airsoft pellets off the carpet and fix up the inside you might have a good car.
