WTS - Parting out '92 Legacy wagon

Post by vipergtrdj »

I am parting out a '92 Legacy wagon. Its a stock wagon, 2.2l 5spd manual transmission. The engine, ecu, wiring harness, rear knuckles & ebrake cable, are all taken already but everything else is up for grabs.

Car is in really good shape and not much rust on it. Interior is pretty spotless from what I can see.

Let me know what parts you need and pm me a price - just looking to aprt out and help other members out.

If it's doable, and they're in good shape, both font fenders. Color isn't an issue. Additionally, the HVAC control unit (although I recently understand that there may be some issue in harness fitment between the 90-91's and the 92's? I hadn't ever heard of this (I thought the issue was only relevant in cars newer than 1994). In any event, I'm interested.

Where are you located? If you are in OR/WA I could use the tranny if it's good.

The drivers side fender is in good shape -- passenger side is not. HVAC is in excellent shape. I will pm you.

I am located in Southern, VT. I am willing to ship the tranny if you make arrangements with the freight company. I will pm you more details.

Forgot to add -- it has 4.11 rear differential gearing - i have heard this is a really good differential. The entire drivetrain has been taken apart and inspected and is in excellent shape

I appreciate the offer but I think frieght charges would kill me from VT. It would have to be banded to a pallet and I'm sure the shipping would be more than the tranny is worth leaving little room to negotiate compensation on your end. Plus I would need to source a 4.11 diff locally and that would add to the cost.

Im going to be up in the VT area. Might be interested in the front bumper brackets and Radiator bracket. My brother down in UMASS/amherst decided to test out his Atnilock brakes when he realized that he did not have them.... small little fender bender and now it looks a bit funky. how much to part with them? What part of S. Vt are you at. Im going to be moving up to the londonderry area this month.

So I showed up to my brothers place in western ma to see his front end even more messed up.... Not sure if you still have it. Front bumper brackets, Radiator support with the center bracket for the Hood release.
