WTB - Red Front Passenger Door, Hatch Handle

Post by Brunt »

EDIT: FOUND EVERYTHING I NEEDED

I've got a red 1990 Legacy L Wagon with a dented front passenger door. I'm not looking very hard, but I figure if anybody happens to have one to spare I'd probably take it of their hands, preferably local.

I could also use a new handle/latch for the rear hatch. The spring on mine is broken so it sticks open.

I'm located in Seattle, near Greenlake

eidt: I'm looking for red, color code 946.

As for the hatch handle, that rots out on everyone's car. I recommend buying one from Subarugenuineparts.com It's only around $20.

There's two legacy's in that color at the Arlington Pull-a-part. Bodies looked really straight, and I grabbed the doors off of one. Something like $25/each door there

Pull-a-Part doesn't inventory the cars any more than their year, make and model. Now that you mentioned the color code, the car I grabbed the doors off of was 947. Think I need to adjust my monitor b/c your picture looked the same color as my car. Not sure about the wagon there if it's a 946 or 947.

Went back to the Arlington Pull-a-Part today. The wagon I mentioned is a 1990-L like yours, and is color code 946. The car is 95% all there, including the door stuff you were looking for.

i went to the Arlington Pull-a-Part today, the wagon they had there was identical to mine.
took the door, it was exactly what i was looking for.
plus i got the roof rack and floor mats (which mine didn't have).
and i'm going to order the hatch handle from subarugenuineparts.com in the next couple days, so i got everything i needed and more.

i actually ran into Mike at the yard, nice to meet you, and thanks again!
