How do I replace the ignition switch?
how do I replace the ignition switch on my 93 legacy?
I semi-documented it in this thread. Basically remove the top/bottom plastic around the steering wheel. Should really remove the metal kick panel underneith that too. Could drop the steering column down too instead. Cut the zip tie around the ignition cylinder and unplug the wires to the ignition switch.
Fairly straight forward process, just can be tricky routing the wires through the steering wheel colum area.
