Dream Car

Post by trevorlawrence »

Hi All,

I'll make one of these traditional polls. What's you dream car? To add some spice to the whole thing I'll ask for two cars:

1) Your dream car, this hasn't got to be realistic or anything.
2) A car that you would like to have. This is more like a car you would consider and might have the possibility of buying instead of the car of your dreams.

Hope you get it... My explanation was quite crude...

My choices:
1) Range Rover Sport 2007 with Vesuvius Red colour... Drool

2) Seat Leon, black or red.

Honestly, I would LOVE to have Spec B with moderate mods for a DD, and build the hell out of my current car, the 91 Legacy SS. I don't think I could be more "automotively" happy than that. Go ahead and add that word to the dictionary boys.... It might exist, but i've never heard it haha

If I won the Powerball, I'd drive a Gallardo or Murcielago in thet winter. Put some smaller brakes on it for smaller wheels, and drive it in the snow. I think that would be hilarious.

On the more reasonable side, I really wish they would have brought the Legacy 3.0 Spec B here.

Didn't we already have a thread like this?

Either Tigershark (early model):

Or Cerberus with an actual radial engine and a manually operable CVT replicating the effect of manual pitch control on a prop:

Im not sure exactly what it was, but I just saw the SICKEST Porche Ive ever seen. Looked like a "newer" Carrera of some sort, but it was totally debadged. I would imagine it being one of the higher end models of the Carrera. This thing was fuckin MEAN!!

So a spammer posted a good topic... Least he's not trying to "sell" unlocked Iphones for half of retail.

Dream car: Porsche 959
Realistic: New GTR

Both rock the AWD, and were groundbreaking upon release!

All his other posts were worded very similarly. It wasn't until I had all three sitting in front of me that I noticed it.

I had noticed the debt link, but just dismissed it since the topic was kind of relavent.

I'd have to say my dream car would actually be a truck.
1991 GMC Syclone

its a chevy s-10 on steriods. turbo charged 4.3L V6, AWD. it was the fastest production truck for over 10 years i think. only made for one year.
The GMC Typhoon was the "Blazer" SUV version, it was made in '92 and '93.

Image

car and driver magazine pitted it against a ferarri.
