I've got what you need my friend! Check out my build thread for a pic or two of it. Just posted it up a couple days ago after I fabbed up my own plate because I needed one with a 90 degree elbow off it.

I have everything it came with including that weird aluminum plug, a threaded tube and probably something else I can't remember. Still in the plastic ziploc bag.

Looks like they're going for $46 shipped. I'll sell you mine for $25 shipped.
