Axle Boot

Post by josh_90_leg »

Idk if this is in write forum subject, but my passenger side axle boot is tore all the way around and was wondering how bad that can end up being if not fixed, its been that way already for about 500-1000 miles, and there a quick easy fix?

If the axle has been exposed to the elements, it really needs to be replaced. It will eventually fail start clicking, etc.

If you're trying to get by for a little bit, you can buy split boots to put back on. As I said, eventually the joint will start clicking, and need to be replaced.
