I have a stock 97 forester dp which I believe has a cat in it. I'd sell it to you for $25. Plus it looks like you're in washington as well.

scrap yards will pay upwards of 100 per cat. im thinkin of just bringing all my stock SS exhausts to the scrap yard and walk away with almost 5-600 bucks.
