LOL every time i hat the gas hard my car pee's on itself. the rear window washer squirts on the window when i do a high speed take off.

Sounds like the rubber pump attached the rear window fluid washer bottle may be degraded. I'd suggest pulling the rear washer bottle out and then pulling the motor. It should be able to be disassembled and you'll probably see the problem.
