Will a IHI VF46 directly bolt on to 94 legacy turbo

That spinning thing that makes all of the cool noises. OE and Aftermarket.

No turbo will be a direct 'bolt-on' to replace the VF11, due to the non-standard clocking of the VF11. Many people upgrade to a TD04/TD05/etc and a 06/07 WRX TMIC. There are various writeups documenting this 'easy' process.
